We are A Calmness Within, the DC metro area's center for holistic massage therapy. Our practitioners are facilitators and educators who work with you to integrate mind, body and spirit through the art and science of massage therapy. We customize sessions by gathering information from a thorough health intake form, applying assessment tools and using hands-on palpation skills.
