A Calmness Within is conveniently located at 1320 Fenwick Ln. Suite 410, Silver Spring, MD. We are right in the heart of downtown Silver Spring, just minutes away from D.C., the Capital Beltway (I-495), and the Silver Spring Metro station on the red line. You can contact us during business hours at (301) 650-9190. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. We are closed Sundays. Directions to A Calmness Within:
From Capital Beltway:
Take Exit 31 (Georgia Ave.) southbound. Proceed approximately 3/4 mile down Georgia Avenue to Fenwick Ln. Turn Right on Fenwick Ln.
From Bethesda:
Take East West Hwy East towards Silver Spring. Turn Left on 16th St. Turn Right at the first light, Spring St. Turn Right again at the first light, Second Ave. Fenwick Ln. is the next intersection, turn Left.
From Silver Spring Metro (Red Line):
Take Colesville Rd. North Exit and proceed up Metro Plaza to Second Ave. Fenwick Ln. is the second street on the Right.
From D.C. Via Georgia Ave.
Follow Georgia Ave. north exiting D.C. and across Colesville Rd. Turn Left on Fenwick Ln.
From D.C. Via 16th St.
Follow 16th St. Across the D.C. line and past East West Hwy. Turn Right at Spring St. Make another Right at the first light, Second, Ave. Turn Left onto Fenwick Ln.
